Last week it was lies, this week TeeJay is tackling promises.

Making them, breaking them, regretting them and of course keeping them.

Much like lies, promises can make or break trust.

Every time you break a promise you are telling the person who you made the promise to "you are not worth the effort of keeping this promise."
