Achievement Lists

TeeJay's talking achievement. What a fabulous word that is, it's one of TeeJay's favourites and it's been on her mind after hearing somebody talk about creating an Achievement List!

An achievement list is not a gratitude journal.

Taking the time to reflect and think about all your achievements over your life will give you a huge boost.

And before you say I haven't achieved anything TeeJay wants you to start with the easy stuff such as getting up, getting washed, getting dressed, playing games on your computer, being able to tell the time!

Once you start, you'll realise how much you have done. Big things, small things.

Acknowledging your achievements will help you achieve even more!
